This event uses the PKBGT Priority Based Entry system for the Bell National and Futures National Divisions.
BELL NATIONAL: The Top 48 players as of the Priority Based Entry Commitment Deadline listed below will be selected for the Bell National field. Immediate entry will be granted to PKBGT members inside the PKBGT Performance Index Top 100 and elite national players with Junior Golf Scoreboard rankings inside the Top 750. Remaining spaces in the field will be filled from the top players on the waitlist from the Class 1 Waitlist.
FUTURES NATIONAL: The Top 36 players as of the Priority Based Entry Commitment Deadline listed below will be selected for the Futures National field. Players will be listed as "Waitlisted" until this time.
ELITE LEVEL UNDER AGE PLAYER EXEMPT EVENT: This event is offered by the PKBGT for limited access to elite, high performing 10 & 11 year old girl golfers who do not meet the age requirement for Classification 3 status. High performance is defined by a top 10 finisher in the U.S. Kids World Championship or other nationally recognized 12 & under championship. Players may apply for an under age exemption into these fields at https://forms.gle/A6rAof6x5grfovSv9.
Questions about this process should be directed to Tour Director Mike Parker. The PKBGT Tour Committee will have sole discretion on the number of under-age exemptions available and the recipients of these exemptions.
PRACTICE ROUNDS: Practice rounds will be available in advance of the tournament by calling the Pro Shop at 252-756-1237. 18-hole green fee will be $30.00. Cart fee will be $20. Practice rounds can only be booked one week in advance.
SPECTATOR CARTS: The course offers spectator carts at $20 for 18 holes and $10 for 9 holes on a first come, first serve basis. Spectator carts must stay on the carts paths at all time.
MEALS PROVIDED: A boxed lunch will be provided on both days for the players at the turn. Please contact us if your player has any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
ACCOMMODATIONS: A PKB group room block has been set-up at the Holiday Inn Express Greenville. The hotel is located 2.0 miles from Greenville CC. The cut-off date for this discounted rate will be March 21, 2023. Group rates are as follows: $119.00 per night plus tax. TRAVEL: Greenville CC is located 95.9 miles from Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
We are excited to announce Digital Scorekeeping & Live Scoring by having players download the "ShotStat Live" scoring app to their phone. All you need to do is download it and authorize it! When using the Live Scoring App during your round, you will be scoring your marker as well as keeping your own score providing a true electronic scorecard.
At the bottom of this email you will find a link to the App Instructions PDF that details how to download the app and authorize it, as well as some screen shots for scoring and some of the other features, but the quick instructions are below.
1) Search and download the “ShotStat Live” app in the App Store of your iPhone or in the Google Play Store of your Android phone.
2) Authorize the app by either entering in your cell phone number or e-mail address to receive a 1-time PIN (we recommend using your cell phone number). NOTE - the only cell phone number or email that will work will be the one on your player account in our system - so that may be the player’s number/email, or it may be the parents (depending on how it was set up). If the number or e-mail is not in our system, the app will notify you.
3) Once you download and authorize the app, tap the “Schedule” tab on the bottom navigation bar to view your upcoming events that are utilizing live scoring. If parings are set, the tournament will be highlighted in green allowing you to tap into the tournament.

BELL & FUTURES: All players will be ranked on the PKBGT Performance Index rankings. Results in Bell & Futures Series are weighted according to course rating and field strength.
BELL NATIONAL: This event is a 2x multiplier for the PKBGT Bell National Order of Merit standings
FUTURES NATIONAL: This event is a 2x multiplier for the PKBGT Futures National Order of Merit standings
BELL & FUTURES: Each division champion will earn Group A status and an invitation to the PKBGT National Tournament of Champions. Each division runner-up and 3rd place finisher will all earn Group C status and an invitation to the PKBGT National Tournament of Champions
BELL: The Bell division champion will earn an invitation to the 2022 PKBGT Invitational
BELL: All players will be ranked on the World Amateur Golf Rankings.
BELL: All Players that finish the maximum amount of holes played will be ranked on the Golfweek Performance Index (Minimum field size: 12)
BELL: Champion will receive 8 PBE Performance Stars. Runner-up & 3rd place will receive 4 stars. 4th & 5th Place will receive 1 star.
FUTURES: Champion will receive 1 PBE Performance Star.
BELL & FUTURES: All multi-day events will be ranked (Minimum field size: 5). All divisions will be ranked separately.
BELL: This is a CGA 6 multiplier
FUTURES: This is a CGA 3 multiplier
** CGA multiplier applies to both the Tarheel Youth Golf Association & South Carolina Junior Golf Association State Rankings
Last day to register for the tournament under Priority Based Entry. If a division does not reach the maximum players, additional spots will be opened up.
Players selected for the Bell National field will be announced at this time. Players not initially selected will be placed on a waiting list should a spot become available. Click here to learn more about how the field is set.

This is the last day to withdraw from the event and receive a credit/refund. Players must withdraw no later than the official closing date to receive a credit/refund. All withdrawals and transfers are subject to an administrative fee.

Round 1 tee times will be emailed to all participants and their families.
Please note, participants withdrawing after tee times have been released will not receive a credit. Only in extreme circumstances will a credit be granted, at the discretion of the Tour Director.
Round 1 tee times begin off of holes #1 and #11, weather permitting.
Round 2 is scheduled to begin at 1:00 PM for the Bell Division players. Following completion of round 1, players will have lunch and then return to the course for Round 2 utilizing a double tee start.
The Final Round for all divisions tee times begin, off Holes #1 and #11, weather permitting.
Awards for the top-5 finishers in each division will occur after play concludes.
