This event is an INVITATION ONLY event for both the Bell National & Futures National divisions. The field will consist of 48 Bell National players and 36 Futures National players. This event uses the PKBGT Priority Based Entry system for the Bell and Futures National Divisions. Priority will be determined by the players standing on the respective Order of Merit lists.
Players earn entry through the following tiers of entry:
TIER 1 - Top 40 players on the Bell National Order of Merit Standings and the Top 30 players on the Futures National Order of Merit Standings at the conclusion of the Precision Junior Girls Championship @ Bryan Park on July 20th.
TIER 2 - Top 45 players on the Bell National Order of Merit Standings and the Top 35 players on the Futures National Order of Merit Standings at the conclusion of the Seaview Girls Classic on July 26th.
TIER 3 - 1 spot in each field will be held for players that move into the Bell OOM Top 45 or Futures OOM Top 30 following the conclusion of the Braelinn Girls Classic on July 30th.
TIER 4 - 2 Sponsor Exemptions in the Bell National division
TIER 5 - Remaining field will be completed from the Tour Championship Application List. Players must apply for consideration by Thursday, July 27th at midnight to be considered for At-Large spots that will be awarded on Monday, July 31st. Priority for At-Large spots will be based on standing on the Order of Merit Standings.
PRACTICE ROUNDS: Practice rounds will be available in advance of the tournament by calling the Pine Needles Pro Shop at 910-692-7111. Practice rounds are complimentary for PKB Tour participants & $75 for guests the week of the tournament. Courses will only be available for players only on the day prior to the tournament. Please identify yourself as a participants of the PKB Girls Golf Tour.
SPECTATOR CARTS: The course offers spectator carts at $30 on a first come, first serve basis. Spectator carts must stay on the carts paths at all time.
MEALS PROVIDED: As part of the event, a boxed lunch will be provided for the players at the turn for all tournament rounds.
We are excited to announce Digital Scorekeeping & Live Scoring by having players download the "ShotStat Live" scoring app to their phone. All you need to do is download it and authorize it! When using the Live Scoring App during your round, you will be scoring your marker as well as keeping your own score providing a true electronic scorecard.
At the bottom of this email you will find a link to the App Instructions PDF that details how to download the app and authorize it, as well as some screen shots for scoring and some of the other features, but the quick instructions are below.
1) Search and download the “ShotStat Live” app in the App Store of your iPhone or in the Google Play Store of your Android phone.
2) Authorize the app by either entering in your cell phone number or e-mail address to receive a 1-time PIN (we recommend using your cell phone number). NOTE - the only cell phone number or email that will work will be the one on your player account in our system - so that may be the player’s number/email, or it may be the parents (depending on how it was set up). If the number or e-mail is not in our system, the app will notify you.
3) Once you download and authorize the app, tap the “Schedule” tab on the bottom navigation bar to view your upcoming events that are utilizing live scoring. If parings are set, the tournament will be highlighted in green allowing you to tap into the tournament.

BELL & FUTURES: All players will be ranked on the PKBGT Performance Index rankings. Results in Bell & Futures division are weighted according to course rating and field strength.
BELL NATIONAL: This event is a 3x multiplier for the PKBGT Order of Merit Bell National Series standings
FUTURES NATIONAL: This event is a 3x multiplier for the PKBGT Order of Merit Futures National Series standings
BELL & FUTURES: Each division champion will earn Group A status and an invitation to the PKBGT National Tournament of Champions. Each division runner-up and 3rd place finisher will all earn Group C status and an invitation to the PKBGT National Tournament of Champions
BELL: The Bell division champion will earn an invitation to the PKBGT Invitational. In addition, the Top 30 in the Bell National Order of Merit lists following this event will qualify.
FUTURES: The Top 2 in the final Futures National Order of Merit list following this event will qualify.
BELL: All players will be ranked on the World Amateur Golf Rankings.
BELL: All Players that finish the maximum amount of holes played will be ranked on the Golfweek Performance Index (Minimum field size: 12)
BELL & FUTURES: All multi-day events will be ranked (Minimum field size: 5). Bell & Futures division will be ranked separately.
BELL: This is a CGA 11 multiplier
FUTURES: This is a CGA 6 multiplier
** CGA multiplier applies to both the Tarheel Youth Golf Association & South Carolina Junior Golf Association State Rankings

The official fields for both the Bell National & Futures National fields will be set. Invitations will be sent out to all players who earn a spot in the Tour Championship at this time.
** If spaces are still available after the commitment deadline, additional registrants will be permitted up until this date.
This is the last day to withdraw from the event and receive a credit/refund. Players must withdraw no later than the official closing date to receive a credit/refund. All withdrawals and transfers are subject to an administrative fee.
