PRACTICE ROUNDS: Practice rounds will be available in advance of the tournament by calling the Pro Shop at 540-636-4653. The practice round fee will be $17 to walk Monday through Friday and $20 on Weekends. Practice Round cart fees will be $26 Monday-Friday and $29 on Weekends. Parents may play a practice round with their player and the price will be the regular green fee at the time of play.
SPECTATOR CARTS: The course offers carts at $30 for 18 holes and $15 for 9 holes on a first come, first serve basis. Spectator carts must stay on the carts paths at all time.
PREP & FUTURES: All players will be ranked on the PKBGT Performance Index rankings. Results in Prep & Futures division are weighted according to course rating and field strength.
PREP: This event is a 1x multiplier for the PKBGT Order of Merit Prep Middle Atlantic Series standings
FUTURES: This event is a 1x multiplier for the PKBGT Order of Merit Futures Middle Atlantic Series standings
DISCOVERY: This event is a 1x multiplier for the PKBGT Order of Merit Discovery Middle Atlantic Series standings
PREP, FUTURES & DISCOVERY: Each division champion will earn Group A status and an invitation to the PKBGT Regional Tournament of Champions
PREP & FUTURES: Each Division Storie Apparel Order of Merit top performers will earn an invitation to the PKBGT Prep & Futures Invitational. Click the link to learn how to qualify.
This is a qualifier for the PKBGT/NB3 Girls National Championship Virginia Regional Final at Kingsmill Resort, July 31-Aug 1, 2023 (*). The top finishers at the Regional Final will earn a spot in the 54-hole Girls National Championship in November that will air on Golf Channel during a 2-hour broadcast.
Players in the following divisions will earn exemptions into the Virginia Regional Final (**):
- PREP: Top 4 finishers
- FUTURES: Top 2 finishers
- DISCOVERY: Top 2 finishers
A player’s age division is determined by their age on May 1st of the Championship year. If a player turns 14 in July of 2023, they will compete in the 12-13 Division throughout the entirety of the qualification process. A player must meet the age requirements to be eligible to compete at the Girls National Championship.
(*) If a player is unable to make it to the Regional Finals, please contact our office at 407-675-4567 or email us at info@jgnc.org and we will transfer the player to a tournament that does work for their schedule (based on availability).

This is the last day to withdraw from the event and receive a credit/refund. Players must withdraw no later than the official closing date to receive a credit/refund. All withdrawals and transfers are subject to an administrative fee.

Tee times begin, weather permitting.
Awards for the top-4 finishers in each division will occur after play concludes.
